This book isn't born from academic study, but from lived
experience - from witnessing how even the strongest people,
the ones others turn to, often have no one to turn to themselves.
With a deep interest in psychology, philosophy, and human
behaviour, I write not to teach, but to reflect - to ask questions
that many carry but few speak aloud.
I wanted to create something that encourages readers to
pause, think, and maybe see themselves and others in a new
light.
I added softer forms like fictional stories and poems
intentionally. Because the topics are too tender to always be
dissected in facts and theories. A metaphoric point of view
helps us understand what our own words cannot yet say.
If you find yourself in these pages - even a little - I hope
you feel less alone. I hope you pause and offer yourself some
grace. I hope you understand that living is not about perfection,
but about presence.
