I became friends with Irwin Susser several years ago, while we were taking a motorcycle course in Montreal together. I was immediately struck by his easygoing nature, great sense of humor and modesty. In the time we have been friends we have shared some adventures together on two wheels and I have come to appreciate his love of life, of adventure and especially his sense of humor.Some time ago he was kind enough to give me a copy of his then newly published book, "Water Lust", which is an amazing story of determination and courage.
