This book is very good. The reason for this being that Chris Leo tends to write about the awful truth of how people really are or eventually with come to be. It seems to me after reading this book a few times, that the main character is a prick and does not realize he is a prick until a changing event in the book. One should really understand that just because a writer writes a book, it does not necessarily mean that the character or characters in the book are based on the Author or his personal life experiences. And if they are, one should know that the writer is exposing himself for you to realize the he has realized how he is. When Jack Kerouac wrote on the road, everyone confused him for Dean Moriarty, the main character. Jack Kerouac was the exact opposite of Moriarty (neal cassady). I reccommend the book. Its entertaining. Funny smart and witty. With some great conversations that seem as if the writer could have possibly written real discussions, word for word. The dialog reminds me of the way John Cassavetes might have scripted his conversations...based off of how people really are, with some rare characters and how they might really act. JUST READ IT!!!
