White Lion

The sun dipped low over the vast expanse of Zulu Valley, its

golden rays painting the savannah in a fiery glow. Acacia trees

stood like silent sentinels, their gnarled branches reaching for

the heavens. The air was alive with the rustle of grass, the

chatter of birds, and the distant growl of lions. Yet, a shadow

of unease hung over the land.

Gabriel Omari stood on the edge of the valley, his keen eyes

scanning the horizon. At thirty, he was a figure of quiet strength,

his frame tall and broad, his skin bronzed by the relentless

Kenyan sun. A rifle slung over his shoulder was more a symbol

of his duty than a weapon of choice; he preferred to fight with

his wits and resolve rather than violence.
