The Chronicles of Hawklan

As far as I am concerned Roger Taylor & ALL of his 11 book Chronicles of Hawklan series from "The Call of the Sword" through to "Return of the Sword" are equal to anything I have read by J.R.R Tolkien, David & Leigh Eddings, Raymond E Fiest, Robert Jordan, or Christopher Paolini. In some areas he even outstrips them!!!!! This series is a MUST READ for anyone with half an imagination & a love of the epic struggles between good & evil, right & wrong, friendship vs betrayal, integrity vs self interest & magic of a very special kind. The real reason though - it is just a BLOOMING GOOD READ & WHOLE LOT OF FUN!!!!!!!
