This story is about a young and very brave Search and Rescue Helicopter, called Rescue Whiskey Bravo, who volunteers to search for the senior Search and Rescue Helicopter and his hero, Oscar Charlie who is lost in a storm, whilst carrying the "Top Brass", who are very important people, to the Base by the edge of the sea. The target audience for this book is seen to be children of all ages. We expect parents, grandparents, aunts and uncles to read the book to very small children and children from 4+ to read the book themselves.
