Whisk Fluffytail has a comfortable life but feels compelled to venture into the unknown forested wilderness near his home. The exploration quickly goes from exhilaration to peril and Whisk is challenged in ways he had never imagined. He will need tenacity and some luck if he is to survive.

Ultimately this story is about the importance of perseverance and the security of "home" which are also the underlying themes of two other stories I've recently published "Ursula Major" and "Tillie the Tillandsia".
