While Walking in the Way of the Word: A book of big truths wrapped in a small package

Depending on the reason for taking a walk, much can be learned as we move ourselves forward one step at a time. Some of those walks take us into a forest of trees where we enjoy the scenery; some are an exercise for our health; some are just for the fresh air at a park. At some point these walks come to an end and we turn around, retracing our steps. But in the way of the Word, there remains another walk; one that is to be spiritual in nature. This is the walk of the Holy Spirit as He guides us in the way of the Word. No outdoors are needed; we might sit, walk, ride, or stand as He teaches and shelters us on the way. Neither is there a place for turning back. This walk is one of moving forward.

This is not a 1, 2, 3, "how to" type of book you've opened. These are truths/thoughts being shared from more than a half century's walk while "listening" to His Word. Though collected over a long period of time, they are still alive with meaning, needed and studied now in "such a time as this."
