Ellie was at the front desk, reviewing what the day held for them when a group arrived hours ahead of schedule, Ellie is in no mood to be tolerant.

Especially when an extremely handsome man insists on speaking to the manager. Not giving Ellie the chance to say, she IS the manager. Something sparks between them causing Ellie to lose her cool.

As all of her attempts to evict the group fail. Ellie calls in Brad, who happens to be the chief of police, to come and get them out of the resort.

Brad arrives to see the unwanted guest is now sporting a black eye. Compliments of none other than Ellie. Sizing up the situation Brad immediately recognizes that Ellie is experiencing some form of PTSD.

What follows is tragic and comical at the same time. Ellie decides the best thing to do is to take a long overdue vacation on Shea's private island to get away from the situation.

Every member of Shea's team, wants to put him in a body bag, thankfully Doc's cooler mind and treatment wins out.
