Where's Richard

Audrey went to her parents funeral and tried to be as calm as possible. No one knew how much she hurt. Her parents only wanted a graveyard service. Just before the minister began, Richard came and stood by her. She felt better. He was a good friend even though he was a little too religious. He soon learned not to talk to her about his Christianity as he called it. But they were good friends and she needed him now. A few days later he had to go out of town on business. He told her he'd be back in one or two days. She was beginning to get worried as he had been gone almost a month. Where are you Richard? She could ask the question but she received no reply.What happened to him. The police searched for the man but couldn't find him. Would she ever see him again she wondered?
