Good church - very useful conclusions from simple but effective surveys

Have been using the model proposed in the book for several years as a guide to advise local leadership in our small congregation. Steady improvements noticed in all four aspects of the model, even during periods of major changes. More importantly, the model helped getting a sense of when we were getting off-balance in one of the four major dimensions that make up a "good church".
