Will Gough is a forty year-old who lives with his wife and two young sons in Montreal. He has been working for a year as a project manager for a company that specializes in plastic packaging. When his yearly evaluation does not go well, he feels as if his life has become unstable. He attempts to prove himself in his job while continuing to fulfill his duties as father and husband.
