A global increase in the number of drug overdose deaths is of little concern to millionaire Rob Blackstock until three of his employees die and he learns that the police are treating it as murder, made to look like an overdose.
When his own wife is the obvious target of a failed murder attempt it becomes personal. Rob decides he has skills that can help end these crimes and joins the British faction of an international task force fighting against drugs.
He teams up with an ex-girlfriend and together they travel to South America to check out the organisation strongly thought to be plotting these murders. Their investigations lead to proof that stories of vast sums of Hitler's Nazi gold are true and it is being used to fund a new Nazi empire controlled by drugs. By infiltrating the organisation they learn that the new self-appointed Fuhrer's plans include the removal of the British Prime Minister and the American President then on mid-summers day announce to the world the dawning of a new Nazi era and the creation of the United States of Britain and America with him as its president.
Rob has little time to uncover the details of the plot codenamed OPERATION BIRDBATH and the identity of the London agent known as Gabriel.
