Another Navel Romantic Suspense!

Quintessa Beaumont has had a crush on Lt. Dan Avery for a while. Thank goodness she's joining the WAVES program and will get out of Boston. That is until she gets station in Boston, working with him! Lt. Dan Avery has always avoided women, or anything fun for that matter. But after several things in his life changes he's struck with a new thought. Wouldn't the right woman help him? I loved the aspect of this book of how they tried to avoid each other and it just wasn't working. How she was outgoing and loved to laugh. Tess helped Dan realize life can and should be fun. To enjoy your journey, while he helped keep her feet planted in reality and to think about her actions. They worked together wonderfully. Especially with a spy on the loose! I was so sad this was the last book in the series. I wasn't ready to let the characters go. I loved how there was a mystery in each of these books that kept you wondering who was all involved.
