Put This Book In Your Pastor's Hand

I bought my first copy in 1979, when the book was first published. It has saved many ministries over the years--mine more than once. That said, to my certain knowledge it has given many pastors that sense they had so longed for of being heard and their experience understood, that enabled them to make the appropriate decision to conclude a called ministry. I have purchased many copies for struggling colleagues, for this is the only book in my bookcase that I cannot bring myself to lend.
