Very Historically accurate....and a great story as well...

This is a very well written peice of work and it is very historically accurate and well researched. The characters as well rounded and very complex and well developed. Reno developes the characters in this book so well, it is as though you alomst feel as though you know them personally. If you love the American Civil War and a good story with a little love story then you will like this gem of a book. I would recomend it highly to anyone who loves historical romance,but demands historical accuracy. I only with the book did not end so soon...

When The Music Changed

I have never read anything like this book before. I loved it! The whole story takes place during the Civil War up to Lincoln"s death. I have done some research and much of the historical things that take place in the book are accurate. The young girl in the book reminds me a lot of myself she is independt and outspokenn, which in her time was very unacceptable. When were to be seen and not heard for the most part, but she was very well heard. She is and insperation with the exception of the fact that she has an affair. I would recommend this book to anyony who enjoy love stories. I laughed and was left in suspense. I cried and felt ther passion. I have never enjoyed a book more!
