The Best Leadership Book I've Read

This is without a doubt the best book on leadership I've read. It helps leaders understand that to truly lead people, you can't place yourself above them like a giant hovering over his minions. You need to get on their level, understand their needs, and meet them where they work and live. This book has many excellent lessons for leaders who are stuck in a world focused on hierarchy.
