"When the Cat is Away, the Mouse is at Play" is developed from the observation of workplace ethics. People behave a certain way in their workplace environment, depending on the culture of that environment. In most cases, there's favoritism, unfairness, classism, inequity, and sometimes, racism. Sometimes, these behaviors are learned or forced upon employees as a survival strategy, therefore leaving them no choice. It is my intention that this little book will be an eye-opener to some of the evils that exist in the corporate world and possibly help to foster fairness, equality, and justice in the workplace.
