Great book on negotiation, debunks many misguided myths

I bought this book second-hand and had it shipped from USA. Read it in one evening, and the verdict is - one of the best books on negotiation. Although neither the title, nor the subtitle bear any reference to negotiation (a marketing and editorial mistake in my opinion!!!) this book is not just about communication, it is predominantely about persuasion and negotiation. I run training courses on negotiation, so, naturally, I've read almost all negotiation books available in English language. Can't tell you how much rubbish is out there on this particular topic. Not David Stiebel's book - this one is one of the best. Regrettably, one of the least obtainable ... If you liked "Start with NO ..." by Jim Camp, you will like this book too. It also debunks the win-win myth (and many others)and puts to shame many bestselling books out there .. Negotiate This or That, Secrets of This and That ... Although by no means a complete treatise on negotiation, this book should be on every negotiator's Top 10 list!
