Inspirational and Encouraging

Dr. Natale really gets to the heart of humanity's issues with his book. In the age of pop-culture psychology, Dr. Natale has the courage to get back to basics by stating the importance of having a personal relationship with God to find the most ultimate balance in life. Without it, true balance can never be achieved. His ability to combine Christianity with main-stream psychology is enlightening and refreshing. I highly recommend his book.
