This book was written after the better part of two years in bed from both physical and mental health problems. I'll get more into that in the book. Journaling was therapeutic for me, and little did I know it would become a book. In this book, I talk about my trials and how I, with God having my back, was able to conquer most of them. I felt, and still feel, like I woke from a coma; and trying to reintegrate into my life was a challenge and at times still is. I want you to walk away from reading this book feeling like with God, you can get through anything life throws at you-because you can! It may not look like what you planned, but it's exactly what God planned. I hope that this book is relatable and gives you inspiration and courage and that you can see where God has

touched me throughout my life.
