I love Hearts Bend, TN.....small town, everyone knows everyone, they look out for each other, protect each other....Elizabeth Dorsey and Ryder Donovan get a chance at second chances but will they pursue their dreams or allow love to change their course? Faith, family, friends, a touch of mystery, romance and a proposal that will steal your heart. What more could you ask for? Plus a couple of miracles thrown in.

Sweet return to Hearts Bend

It was a special treat to return to Hearts Bend, TN. Beth was a driven heroine, determined to get into the grad school of her dreams and working hard to pad up her resume until then. I admired her focus and dedication, though her hang up on her previous illness felt a bit overdone. Ryder was thoughtful, kind, and compassionate, even with his childhood wounds and relationship insecurities from a previous girlfriend. The rekindling of their friendship was quite lovely and their banter was fun and witty. I loved getting to know the Dorsey clan, from the grandparents down to the many many cousins. I hope to see more of them in the future books of this series. Rachel Hauck always adds a touch of the supernatural in her books and I enjoyed that little icing on the cake in this story. If you enjoy small-town romance that is sweet and heart-warming, you will love this book.
