In reality, we start preparing for adult life from childhood without knowing. Our physical, emotional, temperamental, social, spiritual maturity or immaturity starts from childhood. Before a family, community or nation will produce a good leader, a nation builder, they must from childhood start to build the vision into their children. From senior secondary level, first year students in every higher institution and graduates in National service, we need to develop them into matured life of discipline, temperament, self-denial, unselfishness and life of industry. Anyone who does not have vision will not realize high hope, personal development or undertake any high assignment for nation building. Such person will be tossed up and down without focus. He will go in a thousand directions without an aim. Visionless person copy others. He is sightless, blind and lack inspiration for continuity. Visionless persons cannot be committed to nation building because he will veer off his stand in times of challenges, tests or trials. Your vision may put you into trouble but if you stand for a right course, you will be victorious in life or death. Our children need the power of imagination, foresight, defined picture formed in their mind of what they want to do before they come out of school.
