Lin Patrick Logan grew up on a dairy farm in Franklin Massachusetts along with six brothers, one being her twin and her parents She would milk the cows before school in the morning and then again, after school, would clean and stock the barn. After graduating high school, she set out to find her way in the world. She moved to California, as far away from cows as she could get. She became very successful in her career in the business world. It was while living there that she was diagnosed with what she describes as a "mild case of multiple sclerosis. .Shortly after, she moved back to the east coast and continued her career in business in Boston. It took several years and severasl small "accidents" to finally accept her fate. While in her thirties, she met and soon married a wonderful man who would eventually become her caretaker for several years. When her husband developed Alzheimer Disease, it was necessary that they both move to a nursing home. Upon the passing of her husband she moved to a nuring home close to her parents in Saratoga NY. She never lost her good spirits and daily entertains those living there with her. In 2020, both her mother and father, who were then in their 90's, moved to the same nursing home. Lin's disease has progressed to where she is wheelchair bound but she maintains her good outlook on life and is a joy to be with.
