"What Should I Feed My Baby" is an excellent resource for parents, incorporating the latest advances in nutrition (glycemic index, omega 3 fatty acids, probiotics) in an easy to read format. We have been supplementing our son's diet with flax and vitaminc C on the book's recommendation, and that has noticably cut down his day care sniffles. The recipes she provides cover everything from purees for young babies to healthy stews for older babies, and they are not difficult to prepare. The book is British, so some of the recommended products will be hard to find in the states.
