Smoking hot and sexy

Lacey Alexander delivers another smoking hot story in. What She Needs. Jenna Banks doesn't think she has a problem with her sex life. She is happy with the way things are even though it has been awhile between partners. Her friends shock and surprise her with a vacation to Hotel Erotique. Jenna at first is leery of going but decides to at least give it a try. A last minute glitch has her handler being changed from a woman to a man. This man causes Jenna pulses to race and long dormant body parts to tingle. Brent Powers has always enjoyed his work at the resort. He takes pride in helping others to embrace their sexual side. Brent thought he had his life all figured out that is until he met Jenna Banks. Jenna has a hidden sensuality that intrigues him. Brent starts a slow and steady seduction that no normal woman can resist. Jenna is very reluctant to take part in all the resort has to offer. But Brent's teaching has her reaching for things she never thought she wanted. What She Needs by Lacey Alexander is exactly what erotic writing should be. Its all out sexy and pushes the boundaries. Jenna and Brent have real issues and real feelings that add another layer to this fascinating book.

Fantasy island

Poor Jenna. The woman suffers from the hideous problem of (wait for it)--gasp--actually wanting to have feelings for the people she sleeps with. Oh my gawd! Her friends think this painful anomaly can be cured by some casual encounters at the Hotel Erotique. Jenna remains unconvinced until she meets Brock who will be her guide on her sensual adventures. She feels a real connection to Brock and time goes on, experiences practically every sexual permutation he can provide. Needless to say there was a whole of *ahem* copulation going on in the story, which made it a page-turner. There was your basic m/f, your m/f/m, your f/f, some m/f/m/m, and finally so many fs and ms it's hard to keep track. Actually, I thought the hottest scenes were simply between the two main characters and would have perfectly happy without the extra stuff. Ah, but those aren't the kind of books Lacey Alexander writes. So no point complaining about a chocolate cake because it's not apple pie. If you like chocolate cake, you'll enjoy this book! But I'm taking a star away because of Brock's annoying "I know what's best for you" attitude (though that is addressed to some degree in the book) and because I didn't like the way Jenna just placed control of her sexuality in someone else's hands.

Erotic fantasy fiction.

"What She Needs" is a great read, mostly because it deal in fantasy, things we'd all like to have happen to us, but might not ever. I really liked how the stroy developed and it wasn't just about the sex; it was about the characters interacting with one another and how they came together. "What She Needs" is just a great, erotic read that really hit the spot with me. Another good one for me was Breaking the Girl and Eager to Please: Two Erotic Novels of Submission.
