deliciously informative

This is a wonderfully informative/recipe combination. If you want a good selection of pasta recipes and also wish to know more about the different types of pasta themselves, this book is ideal for you. The recipes cover a wide range e.g. vegetable, fish, meat, cheese options etc and it teaches you how to make your own pasta if you so desire. All round this is a great book.
