The AUTHOR is Five-Star!

I've not read this book - but I can speak from personal experience, because the author used to be my boss many years ago in the late 1970's! Carlton Green is a first-class kind of guy. I worked for him during my last year of college out in southern California, where Mr. Green ran the kitchen for the institution. Once he became boss, there was an immediate and drastic increase in quality along virtually every facet of how the place was run. I think I'll get this book for no other reason than I'd just like to read what this distinguished gentleman has to say. Even though I haven't seen or heard from Carlton Green in at least 20 years, I still have wonderful memories of working with him, and the highest regard for him not only as a man, but as a boss. "Hey Mr. Green, you're the BEST!"
