It is important to find out who participates a lot and why, as well as why someone, e.g. teacher contributes every little to the classroom students. For example, it is because of fear, disagreement or disinterest, the group of teachers may under have useful point to make. So, a group should ideally encourage all its participates to contribute to any discussions and decision making. This issue of participation is one that group leaders have to consider very carefully.In fact, influence and participation to every teaching group are not always the same. Some teaching staffs who tell a lot may not always be listen to . Others who are quiet and speak very little can, when they do speak, capture, the attention of everyone. If this is the case then whoever participates may alter and change depending on who has influence at a specific time and who needs certain individuals to speak and support his or her particular cause.
