We are all hungry. We're hungry for something more, and that something more is the Holy Spirit, which is found in Christ when we believe in Him. This hunger is not merely a physical longing but a deep spiritual void that only the Bread of Life can fill. Jesus Himself declared, "I am the Bread of Life. Whoever comes to me will never go hungry, and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty" (John 6:35). These words are not just an invitation but a promise that in Him, every spiritual need is met.

We know that He is eternal life because that is what God has spoken to us. The life of Christ is the fulfillment of God's eternal promise to mankind. Jesus said that He would be lifted up on the cross, and He would draw all men unto Himself. This lifting up is both the act of salvation and the revelation of God's love for humanity. Through His sacrifice, Jesus became the true Manna from Heaven, providing sustenance for our souls and bridging the gap between humanity and the Father.
