AWESOME BOOK FOR TEENS!

The authors have really done a great job with this book, and the concept of pick your own destiny is awesome. I WILL be trying to finish the series, seriously don't miss out on this book! ITS SOO GOOD!

Love the series!

The "What if..." series is amazing! It really makes you think about all the decisions you make. In this book Haley faces bigger decisions than the 1st one. Should she go to California with Irene? Should she become friends with Coco? Should she find out what's up with Sasha, the once golden girl, who could be behind recent thefts? Should she help Annie with her relationship with Dave? And, will she ever manage to end up with Reese? All of the storylines are good, though some are more interesting. But thats what's so great about this book - if there are any annoying characters or boring plotlines, you can drop them. Also, you can read and re-read this book without getting bored. I'll admit, it wasn't as good as the first one and the title doesn't really fit. She doesn't have a boyfriend in any of the endings. Also, there are a lot more "GO BACK TO PAGE 1" chapters in this book. However, I wasn't disappointed and the whole series is definitely worth reading!

Haley may be the luckiest girl at Hillsdale High, even if she doesn't know it. She is the new girl. After moving across the country she has a new haircut and a chance to start over. The only problem is that there are a ton of decisions to make and each one will affect the way her new high school career turns out. Luckily for her, other people get to make them for her! In this "choose your destiny" book, readers get to make important social decisions for Haley. Each decision changes the ending in some way. There are a variety of characters that remain the same in each version, but the endings are all different. Should Haley take one of her new friends back to California, or will that spell disaster by mixing her old life with the new one that is going so well for her? Sasha, the soccer star, is suddenly acting strange. Should Haley tell her parents or try to investigate it herself? Along the way there are a variety of gorgeous boys of all types to choose from. Haley will end up with a boyfriend, but is one better for her than another? On the whole, the book seems to move really quickly and moves from one decision to the next; at others the reader may feel like they missed a step, but it is easy to catch up and is likely a result of multiple ways of ending up in the same place. After reading all of the endings, some are a little more satisfying than others. In my first reading, I made decisions for Haley as I would have made them in my life. That ending ended up being my favorite, but will that be the same for every reader? It's all part of the fun of choosing your own path. Reviewed by: Allison M. Rotonda

Love It!

I still have about two or three endings to read, but so far it's great! Haley is getting into so many interesting things. As you can tell, I love it. This is a great, intresting book. You can read it five times with a new ending and it lets you be creative. It also makes you think wisely of you're decisions. I so reccomend this book! In fact, I'm going to read it right now :].
