I understand a spiritual process as a set of successive actions applied to our life in different areas, and whose objective is aimed at reforming and improving our character in order to elevate our spirituality. If we put it in Biblical terms: A process is a set of situations which God allows us to go through with the aim of us becoming mature people, seeing ourselves just like Christ and attaining to the fullness of His perfection (Ephesians 4:13b)
