"What Happened To My Dreams?" This question echoes through the utterance of our lives. From the mud-play of our childhood, dreams emerged like ethereal threads, each holding a promise of potential. Yet, as the sands of time sift through our fingers, some dreams, once vibrant and seemingly attainable, transform into the whims of youth. Some are deemed impractical, others dissipate like mist in the morning sun, leaving only a trace of their existence. Upon introspection, a disconcerting realization may dawn upon us -- the paths we traverse often deviate sharply from the idyllic routes we once envisioned. The dreams, once held dear close to our hearts, now appear as distant echoes of an innocent past. I, too, was an ardent dreamer, weaving a bud of aspirations too numerous to articulate. The poignant inquiry lingers: "What happened to my dreams?" In this collection of English poems, penned at various junctures since my high school days and initially brought to life in 2011, I explore the nuanced narrative of dreams lost, dreams evolving, and the persistent hope that a few may yet materialize.
