What About Me I Matter Too

Theresa has written her first book What About Me I Matter Too, which is a powerful and inspiring self-help memoir that gives triggering examples of her horrific childhood abuse and neglect, which led Theresa to be a scared resentful damaged child to an angry resentful adolescent and then to a self-destructive and sometimes violent adult, who numbed and soothed herself with drugs and consistently self-sabotaged her life with damaging abusive relationships and self-destructive negative actions.

Theresa gives a triggering description of her abuse and how she has overcome her pain, rage, triggers, destructive negative thinking and self-harming behaviours and writes a detailed description and guide to what tools, motivations and interventions Theresa used to heal herself.

Theresa's book What About Me, I Matter Too gives the readers tasks and assignments to become more self-aware and help the reader to self-analyse and challenge their trauma responses and to help the reader heal and re-invent and love themselves. To be free from past destructive thought patterns to live a more peaceful happy authentic life of their choosing.
I have unpicked my trauma and written how it affected me and those around me and what I did to find peace and healing. I hope that my book will help the reader to re-invent themselves free from past traumatic triggers and gain an understanding of how traumatic experiences can damage the victim on an unconscious level and how to release their pain to aid in their healing.
