Have your child ever asked you, "How can I understand the questions and answers in the catechism?" The question my daughter asks me frequently is, "What is God?" It's hard for her to understand the catechism because there are no pictures for reference.
It is the primary reason why we publish this book, the visual interpretation edition of the Westminster Shorter Catechism. For each topic, we add a picture to illustrate the meaning and related doctrines. Children will have a better understanding of the fundamentals of Christianity and also have an increased interest in learning God's truth.
This book, in which the pictures are line drawings, is special for children aged 4 to 12. We recommend it to be used in Sunday school. Teachers or parents can explain the idea of each topic; lead the children to read related Bible verses; and then let them find the elements in the pictures, also coloring the pictures based on their own understanding of the topic.
We also published a version with colored pictures. This book is designed for young people aged 10 to 22, and can also be used as a reference for teachers and parents.
This visual interpretation edition of "Westminster Shorter Catechism" includes: the 22 line drawings for each topic of the catechism
