The Werecat & Her Lone Wolf

Lost on Topside New York City a werecat is found by a couple of kilt-wearing werewolves, who take her down into the Underground to help heal her. Although hurt and sick, that doesn't stop her from swiping her claws at the wolves with every chance she gets. The only thing in her way is a large Irish grey werewolf named Marcus, who refuses to leave her alone.
Sharp claws or not.

Slowly, she learns to trust Marcus, who helps heal her and give her a new name. As the nights pass, they begin to find comfort in the other as they find their own path of healing from what the world has taken from them, finding new pieces to move forward.
One learns where she could belong in a world of Undergrounds, metal buildings, and among Paranormals she never dreamed of living alongside.
While the other learns how to love again after his heart had long been broken and buried.

This is a novella in the "Mafia, Murder, and Mayhem Series".
It can be read as a standalone, but strongly encouraged to read the main books of the series.
