Sent me the wrong edition and no solution offered

I was sent the wrong edition for this book. Was told by customer service that I was not eligible for a refund or return because it has the same ISBN# for both the 6th and 7th edition. I ordered the whole set of 5 books and I guess I'll be waiting to see if the rest of them are the wrong editions. No solution was offered by customer support.
