Well that unfortunately hasn't worked well, so in this book I give you a new perspective of the weight loss process! And although I do touch on the human physiology aspect of the weight loss process,I have simplified it to such level, that everyone can understand it.And that is the best thing about this book - it is easy to read and easy to understand.
