Up-to-date, complete and accurate...Highly Recommended

A friend recommended this book to me when I was thinking about creating a business to consumer e-commerce strategy for my business. From what I have read I like the writer's style and approach. Gosney's book brings very little fluff, just here's what you were looking for and how to do it. The practical approach walks the reader through the steps from planning to class management. It's a great help to the novice and a fine reference for those who are experienced. I highly recommend this book to any individual looking to create an online strategy to increase awareness and sales revenues.
