The series has lots of beautiful vistas, excellent makeup, good narration, and much more.
Good perspective from the Indigenous American peoples’ point of view. It does not need to have a balance of any kind, as it is a viewpoint worth taking into consideration.
The only problem is that it bypasses all the history of the Spanish in Florida that came decades before the Mayflower.
So much time is spent on reenactment and repetition that you can easily go to sleep watching.
I only watched the first DVD in the series and fast-forwarded through the others.
