The scene is set for this high-octane thriller when two biker gang members take a snitch out into the woods in the dead of night to murder him. Their orders are to get rid of the body immediately. To prove to higher-ups that they carried out the hit, they record a video of the murder on a cell phone. Amid a hurried struggle to manhandle the corpse into a pickup, the bikers lose the phone. The next morning, two teenage boys out riding their dirt bikes, find it. Traumatized by the graphic brutality of the video, the boys are immobilized by fear and indecision, and tell no one. But when it turns out the victim was an undercover DEA agent, recovering the phone becomes a matter of life and death urgency for the killers. They'll stop at nothing. By sheerest chance, their paths cross with those of the two boys. As the bikers close in on their prey, the boys and their families are caught in the crosshairs of their ruthless desperation. Federal agents try gamely to keep a lid on escalating tensions-before they reach a boiling point.
