We are a Champion demonstrates the power of believing in one's self, the power in affirming and encouraging others, and the miracles that can happen when a team is united with a common purpose and goal. She Who Makes Dust, a champion racehorse, has seriously injured her leg and believes she'll never run again. However, the team is not willing to let their friend give up --no matter what The groomers, the stable help, her trainer, the veterinarian and The Owner begin giving her double and triple doses of the medicine necessary to restore her spirit. Daily, they each affirm her by saying, "You are a champion every day and in every way. You know it, and everyone around you knows it. You can do this, and you KNOW you can.
