No matter how far we'd look back in our known history, we find water depicted more like a concept, and not just a regular substance. All over the world, in all our forefathers' spiritual beliefs, water is the Source of all Creation. The Primordial substance from which everything else came into existence.
Many ancient philosophers thought the ultimate origin of water is deep inside the Earth. In all our ancestors' traditions, water is the life-giving substance that can heal our body; give us strength, refreshment, and take away sins.
Could our forefathers' beliefs, traditions and rituals be a legacy, rather than simple bed-time stories? Or water is just a regular chemical substance, which just happens to be?
