North American borders are on high alert when credible intelligence warns of the greatest threat to national security since 9/11. SUSPICIONS Retiring Border Service Officer Russ Norman's final shift is anything but quiet. Unclaimed luggage, which arrived on a flight from Hong Kong with a suspected drug shipment, are picked up after several days. Moments later, a mysterious refugee claimant, Hassan Zadeh, arrives on another flight from Hong Kong. Russ asks, could these events be connected?
