More of a T.V. pilot test.

Kids with issues take amateur photos of space with a toy shuttle attached to a weather balloon. They may have made contact of some kind. Meanwhile, back at the ranch, cattle have been disassembled. The local sheriff searches for a missing farmer. The farmer's wife is irradiated. To top it off, the military is snooping around. This looks like it might have made a good afternoon special. The visual recording was o.k.; it was a sort of “Blair Witch” without all the camera shaking. Several overlapping schemes with no definitive ending other than “Watch the sky.” They might have been thinking sequel.
