Watch the Clouds Go By

By Juliette Wisp

On a warm grassy hill where the wildflowers grow, a child lies on their back and watches the clouds. And oh, what wonders they see

A cheetah runs wild across the sky. A whale sends up mist and waves her tail. A dragon glides through the blue. A castle with towers so tall stretches into the clouds - and a sleeping giant snores gently as the whole sky glides by.

Watch the Clouds Go By is a gentle, rhyming picture book for children ages 3-7 that celebrates the everyday magic of imagination. With warm AABB rhythm perfect for reading aloud, whimsical cloud creatures on every page, and a soft return to the opening refrain at the end, it's a soothing invitation to slow down, look up, and let wonder in.

A perfect bedtime story, a quiet afternoon read, or a shared moment of noticing together - this book reminds every child (and every grown-up) that the sky is full of stories, if you just take the time to see them.
