I know Barbara Pement, so as I read, I hear her voice. I hear her laugh. I hear the serious tone as she touches on more weighty matters. This account will interest those looking to understand various movements and influences in American evangelicalism. It is informative to those intrigued by groups making positive, sociological impact in desperate inner-city neighborhoods.
