I dedicate this book to my grandfather and father. My grandfather would tell grandiose stories about how we were kings and princes in England (that's going to be another book), when I was a child and young adult before he passed away. And I also dedicate this book to may father who researched the Lewis family history for over 40 years and provided the backbone to this book. I consolidated the research into a coherent readable narrative and did not try to explain it from a closet full of boxes of research and documentation.
