Warfare by honor is a must have! It is an ongoing resource for life issues, sharing foundational principles for life from a First Nations perspective. I believe this perspective carries a divine authority we desperately need in these shakey times.

Protocol... a lost art

This book is full of wonderful examples of different cultural customs, rituals, protocol. Some of the chapters tend to drag a bit (how many examples of wedding customs do you really need?)... but overall, it is a fascinating read. In a society where it has become all about what is easy and convenient, this books is a great guide for understanding that the "modern American way" is not the "only" way; and that etiquette and protocol are more than folklore. Again and again the authors reinforce the power and impact of understanding and following protocol.
