Nature has always been important to the author and photographer of this book. Somewhere along life's journey she lost her connection and realized for her health (mental, physical and spiritual) she had to find her way back. During long walks with her camera and her dog, the author started exploring the seasons with a fresh eye, taking time for introspection and reflection.
